A 25-year-old man from Nuneaton has been arrested and charged after three officers were allegedly assaulted after they responded to a report of Criminal damage at a pub in Queen’s Road, Nuneaton in the early hours of this morning. One of the officers suffered a minor cut to his hand.
The man was charged with three counts of assaulting an emergency worker and one count of criminal damage. He will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on 12 October.
