Farnham Area NHW Coordinators Meeting Notification

Venue :-  Forty Degreez Dogflud Way Farnham GU9 7UT

Meeting Date :-  9 October 2017 Commencing at 19.30 hrs

Hi Everyone

Please see below the revised details of the special NHW Coordinators meeting which has been arranged as a direct result of the last successful Coordinators meeting held in Farnham on 20 June.

It was agreed by the Coordinators that attended the meeting, that I should if possible arrange for a senior Police representative to be in attendance to fully explain the current strategy of how Policing will be managed in the future in Farnham and the surrounding area.

My last message to you all regarding the meeting arrangements, I confirmed that Inspector Mark Bridge would attend this meeting and discuss with us all the current position regarding the Police and Policing in Surrey and the NHW. I have now been informed that Ins Mark Bridge had been seconded to a special Police unit and therefore will not be available to attend our meeting.

However, I delighted to inform you all that Chief Inspector Terry Adderley will now be attending the meeting at my request and will deliver a wonderful presentation to you all. I saw this very presentation two weeks ago at the Surrey NHW meeting in Dorking and I was really impressed and inspired, also I think this will now show all of us that the POLICE REALLY APPRECIATE THE WORK AND COMMITMENT SHOWN BY NHW COORDINATORS AND WATCH MEMBERS

I am really hoping that ALL the Coordinators in the Farnham area will really make the effort to attend next Monday 9 October I have already heard from many but I would love to see EVERY COORDINATOR IN THE FARNHAM AND SURROUNDING AREA attend this important meeting. should be a great opportunity for you all to see one of the “TOP COPS” in Surrey and hear what she has to say and to hear things “straight from the Horse’s mouth” and I’m sure the presentation and Terri’s added informative details will answer many of the questions you may have regarding the current position of NHW- Police here in Waverley and also provide you with many details which will be invaluable to pass on to your Watch Members. I hope to see you all again!

Also, if you are one of the Coordinators that was unable to attend the last meeting in June PLEASE COME TO THIS ONE as will I’m sure this will benefit your Watch members. Opportunities for Senior Police Officers to attend meetings like this in the future will be very limited.

I am also pleased to say that we will also have Tony Kremer the current Chairman of Surrey NHW in attendance and I’m sure Tony will be delighted to meet you all and say a few words regarding what is being planned in the future in NHW in Waverley and throughout Surrey.  He can discuss methods and strategies that other NHW regions in Surrey or Sussex currently use, to benefit the communities and make sure that NHW successfully flourishes in all areas of the county. And hopefully answer any other concerns you have.

I have received acceptances from several Coordinators -Many thanks for that but If you have not replied yet to my earlier message will you let me know ASAP.

MARGARET  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS MESSAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS I HOPE I HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF YOUR E MAIL

Kind regards
